Emma Hart is a governance, reputation and operational strategy specialist with more than 25 years' experience helping companies navigate high-pressure regulatory, commercial and stakeholder environments.

She has worked with global brands and organisations in Europe including HSBC, Orange, Cantor Fitzgerald, Microsoft, Levi Strauss and Co., and EY across restructures, crisis events, strategic communications and major transformation projects.

Geoff Jackson is an AI consultant and engineer with more than 15 years' hands-on technology experience across New Zealand businesses and professional services organisations.

After 13 years running Queenstown Tech, Geoff moved full-time into software development and AI engineering, building bespoke systems that automate processes, create operational dashboards and integrate professional AI into day-to-day work.

His recent work includes Dash, a document intelligence platform for Fast Track Approval applicants, alongside AI workflow systems for order processing, enquiry management, compliance research and evidence-backed reporting.
